1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TailTracks ("we," "us," or "our"), a service that helps you store and manage pet and pet health information. By creating an account or using TailTracks, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
TailTracks provides tools to organize pet profiles, veterinary documents, reminders, and related data. Features may change over time. We may use third-party services to operate the product, including analytics and AI-assisted processing as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not operate advertising in the product today.
3. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information you submit. You agree not to misuse TailTracks, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or overload our systems, or use the service in violation of applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software or services except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
4. Content and license
You retain ownership of content you upload. To operate TailTracks, you grant us a license to host, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service. You grant us the right to use images you upload for promotional purposes and for our internal operations (for example, product development and quality), in each case in a manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.
5. AI and automation
Some features use AI models (for example, via Ollama) to extract or summarize information from documents you choose to process. Output may be imperfect; you should verify important medical or legal information with a qualified professional.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TailTracks for violations of these Terms or where needed to protect the service or other users. You may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained in de-identified form as stated there.
7. Disclaimers
TailTracks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not a veterinary service; TailTracks does not provide medical advice.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
